Do I Need To Book An Appointment?
Yes.....Our studio isn't manned every day due to us regularly working off site on location. All our sessions are by private appointment only.
During your session, we will close the studio so that you feel relaxed and have the freedom to move around between the studio and refreshment area without running into other clients.
Since Covid we like to keep our clients apart so that we can clean and organise the studio before our next visitor. We are not doing as many sessions per day to allow the studio areas to air. We would prefer you wear a mask during your visit when you are not in the shooting area and you are required to antibac your hands and bottom of your shoes on arrival. The Photographer and Assistants have all had their double vaccine.
How Do You Define A New Born, Baby And Toddler?
New Born is a baby up to the age of 1 month.
Baby is from 1 month to 11 months.
Toddler is 12 months to 2 years.
When Shall I Book My Maternity Session?
Normally around the 7 months mark or when you are showing enough bump for a beautiful silhouette.
Everyone is different some show sooner than others.
Can I Do My Maternity Shoot Naked?
Entirely up to you. We are extremely discrete and will show you all the images taken on the day.
The studio will be closed during your session so you will have complete privacy.
Our photographer and assistants are all female and we will ensure that a robe is close to hand when the session has ended.
Do You Supply Props For The Newborn And Baby Sessions?
Yes we do. We have a collection of baskets, throws, cushions, costumes and teddies for our clients to use.
You can also bring your own if you have a favourite outfit or cuddly toy. All our props are washed and disinfected between clients.
Do You Supply Maternity Clothing?
We have a couple of dresses and dressing gowns which are free size and wrap fabric. Please check with us beforehand.
What Shall I Bring Along To My Portrait Session?
Any items of clothing or props that you would like to be included in the photographs.
Preferred Makeup and hair accessories for freshening up your look.
Do You Have A Baby Changing Area?
Yes, we have a matted baby table near the restroom with limited accessories. Please bring any special requirements
like nappies, wet wipes and cleaning clothes.
Do I Need To Do My Own Makeup For A Portrait Session?
Unless you have organised a make-up artist during the booking process then yes!
We can supply an artist at an additional fee.
Do You Have A Changing Room?
We have a restroom that you can take over for the session where you can change and leave you clothes
and refresh your hair and make-up.
How Long Will The Session Take?
Depends which package you have booked. Mini sessions tend to last 30 minutes whereas a full session can be up to 2 hours.
Do You Have Insurance?
Yes, I have professional insurance in place.
How Can I Pay?
Payment is made at time of booking via Paypal or Bank Transfer. You can also pay cash on the day.
No images will be release until the payment is made.
Do You Have a Car Park?
No, but there is off road disabled parking at the front of the studio and a public car park around the back where the first 2 hours are free.
